Return Policy
Due to their perishable nature, cakes and flowers are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you experience any issue with your cake or floral order, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can make it right.
All other items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any applicable delivery fees. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please reach out to our team and we'll guide you through the process.
